It is equipped with a high performance linear CCD sensor and a high precision signal acquisition and processing technology. The unit is operated within 5° - 65°C temperature range with 589 nm wavelength range and uses a sapphire prism for refraction purpose. The sample cover forms a seal to prevent evaporation, particularly important when working with volatile solutions.
